Terms of Service

Welcome to CashNora ("CashNora," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CashNora website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

1. Eligibility

  • CashNora is available only to individuals who are at least 16 years of age.
  • Only one account per individual and one account per household is permitted unless expressly authorized by CashNora.
  • You may not use the Service if doing so would violate applicable laws or regulations.

2. Changes to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
  • Any changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of CashNora after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Accounts and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • CashNora may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, where permitted by law.

4. Credits and Rewards

CashNora may award virtual points, credits, coins, or similar units ("Credits") for completing offers, surveys, games, promotions, referrals, or other activities ("Offers").

Credits:

  • Are not legal tender
  • Have no real-world or monetary value
  • Are non-transferable
  • Do not constitute property or earnings

Credits may only be redeemed for rewards made available by CashNora, subject to availability and these Terms.

5. Offer Tracking and Validation

  • Credits are awarded only when an Offer is properly tracked and validated by CashNora and/or its third-party partners.
  • CashNora is not responsible for Offers that fail to track, record, or validate correctly.
  • In some cases, third-party partners may make the final determination regarding Offer completion and eligibility.

6. Holds, Reviews, and Fraud Prevention

To protect the integrity of the Service, CashNora may place Credits or redemptions under review.

This may include:

  • Temporarily holding Credits for up to 90 days after Offer completion
  • Delaying, denying, reversing, or voiding Credits or redemptions
  • Applying reviews retroactively to past activity

All determinations are made in CashNora's sole discretion and may be based on fraud signals, chargebacks, policy violations, or suspicious activity.

7. Conditional Verification (No Mandatory KYC)

CashNora does not require identity verification by default.

However, we reserve the right to request identity, age, location, or eligibility verification at any time if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, account compromise, or policy violations, or if required by partners or payment providers.

Failure or refusal to provide requested verification may result in:

  • Withheld or forfeited Credits
  • Denied or cancelled redemptions
  • Account suspension or termination

CashNora has no obligation to process Credits or redemptions while verification is pending.

8. Redemptions

  • Redemption options may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time.
  • Redemptions are generally final once processed.
  • CashNora is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect payout details provided by the user.
  • Where technically possible, CashNora may reverse a failed redemption and restore Credits at its discretion, but is not obligated to do so.

9. Referrals

Referral links, codes, and rewards may be modified, limited, or revoked at any time if abuse, impersonation, misleading promotion, or policy violations are detected.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to:

  • Operate multiple accounts
  • Share accounts or complete Offers for others
  • Use VPNs, proxies, emulators, bots, scripts, or automation
  • Manipulate tracking or exploit Offers
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Engage in fraud, money laundering, harassment, or unlawful conduct
  • Interfere with or compromise the Service or its systems

11. Enforcement and Termination

We reserve the right to investigate violations and take any action deemed appropriate, including suspending accounts, voiding Credits, denying redemptions, or reporting unlawful activity to authorities.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and features of the Service are owned by CashNora or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-commercial license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." CashNora makes no warranties regarding Offer availability, tracking accuracy, or redemption eligibility.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashNora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount paid to you in the 60 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CashNora from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

16. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration. You waive the right to participate in any class, collective, or representative action, except where prohibited by law.

17. Time Limitation

Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, unless prohibited by law.
